In Resort (NIRS) is a multi faceted Family and Retirement
Resort.
The resort is made up of several sections, including a
Family, an Adult Only as well as an Extended Season Section.
With that said NIRS management with the help of its occupants,
and using existing Rules and Regulations has developed
a set of "updated" well rounded Rules and Regulations.
The Rules and Regulations will help establish an atmosphere
and community that all can enjoy while protecting the
rights of all, including the resort. To
