week (M-M, F-F or Sat. - Sat.) for the peak season June
through Sept. The shoulder seasons has a 2 night min.
* 50% Deposit Required at the time of Booking,

* The above rates are based on a Family

all others will be considered visitors and will be charged
a visitor fee,
* The max occupancy is a family
